Review of the state anti-corruption institutions effectiveness in Ukraine

The objective of the article is a review state anti-corruption institutions' effectiveness in Ukraine. An important part reform Ukraine has been complete transformation institutions. That why authors try to use most optimal methodology that would be able ensure comprehensiveness and completeness study: phenomenological; descriptive; hypothetic-deductive; statistical; method case law analysis. It proposed analyze powers general competence authorities sphere anti-corruption. analyzed specialized authorities' functioning: National Agency on Corruption Prevention; Anti-Corruption Bureau; for finding, tracing, management assets derived from corruption other crimes; Specialized Prosecutor’s Office High Court. conclusion drawn that, realizing need task, developed an extensive relatively closed system authorities. Almost all bodies power local self-government have acquired certain competencies. made such dispersion powers, some cases their duplication, does not simplify, but rather complicates combating corruption.
